Christmas Delivery

There is still time to order for Christmas. Our last day for UK mainland customers is Friday 21st December providing you select next day courier. For our European customers the last recommenced date for ordering is Wednesday December 12th. For outer Europe and the rest of the world we recommend that you order on or before the Sunday 9th December. We have added more great gift ideas still all under £30.

We pride ourselves on our competitive prices and we can assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimise prices. Due to circumstances out of our control prices have to rise. Never before have we seen such large price increases in our products, a severe shortage of cotton due to poor harvest and the floods in Pakistan and a shortage of production caused by the local market demand in the Far East. Royal Mail - Latest Update

Royal Mail Update 31/12/2010
Services are recovering well, following the recent disruption caused by severe weather and large volumes of mail posted in the run up to Christmas. We are now delivering to almost all customers, although in some isolated areas we are continuing to deal with very large volumes of mail and some access difficulties.

Areas where recovery is taking us slightly longer include some parts of Scotland, a small number of addresses in the SA, CF and LL postcode areas of Wales plus the Colchester and Chelmsford areas.

Returns Policy For Christmas Gifts

If you are ordering for a Christmas Gift you are able to return it after Christmas if needed. The item needs to have it's tags and for not to have been worn. You can exchange for another size or for something else or you can have a refund.

November Update

Whew - Its been a busy month making sure everything is working on the new site. However it has settled down now and we have most of the new features activated and working.

As I write this, the postal strike has begun in earnest with London and the south east being the worst affected areas. Some of our smaller items have the Royal Mail option and the current strike action may affect delivery times.
