Heavy duty full zip hooded top by Kam. The top features two large hand warmer pockets and "All State Dept" screen printed on the chest in white with the number 75 embroidered in red in the centre. The cuffs and hem are lightly elasticated, the inside is soft to touch for extra comfort and warmth. For a bit of contrast the hood is lined in grey.
